系统性自身免疫病患者体内出现的抗核抗体(ANA)可与多种体细胞的胞核发生反应已有较多研究,但其是否可以与卵细胞核发生反应的研究尚少见报道。以鸡卵核为抗原建立了酶联免疫法,检验相应抗体。结果表明:体细胞ANA阳性组卵核ANA的阳性率为83.3%(15/18),体细胞ANA阴性组卵核ANA的阳性率为23.3%(7/30),两者具有显著差异(P<0.01),从而证实ANA亦可与卵细胞胞核发生反应。同时对文中建立的检测卵核ANA方法的主要质控指标进行研究测试,表明该法稳定可靠。对其理论意义及应用价值进行讨论。
Antinuclear antibodies (ANAs) emerging in patients with systemic autoimmune diseases have been studied in more than one somatic cell nucleus. However, little is known about whether they react with nuclei in egg-like cells. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the corresponding antibody. The results showed that the positive rate of ANA was 83.3% (15/18) in somatic ANA positive group and 23.3% (7/30) in nucleus of ANA negative group, both of them had Significant difference (P <0.01), thus confirming that ANA can react with egg nucleus. At the same time, the main quality control index of egg nucleus ANA method established in this paper is tested and proved, which shows that the method is stable and reliable. Discuss its theoretical significance and application value.
