本文报道了测定生物陶瓷的生物活性的FT-IR差谱方法。经过动物试验后的生物陶瓷,不需经过任何生化或化学的分离手续,能在大量陶瓷的基体内直接测量出蛋白质等生物活性物质,方法具有快速、简便等特点。
In this paper, we report the FT-IR differential spectroscopy method for measuring the bioactivity of bioceramics. After animal experiments, the bio-ceramic can measure bioactive substances such as protein directly in a large amount of ceramic matrixes without any biochemical or chemical separation procedures. The method has the advantages of fastness and simplicity.
