自90年代中期以来,随着温饱问题的解决,城乡居民不仅人均食品消费支出份额下降,而且人均食品消费支出金额出现绝对减少,许多食品的人均食物消费量甚至也出现了减少的情形。2001年城镇居民的人均可支配收入比1996年增加了2020.7元,但其用于食品的开支人均却只比1996年增加了109.3元。在人均增加的食品开支中,外出就餐增加了128元,烟、酒、饮料增加了38.8元;而在购买主要农产食品中,人均粮食开支减少了83.4元,油脂减少了10.1元,肉禽及制品减少25.3元,菜类减少12.4
Since the mid-1990s, as the subsistence and well-being problem has been solved, not only have the urban and rural residents’ share of per capita food consumption declining, but also the absolute decrease in per capita expenditure on food consumption, and even a decrease in the per capita food consumption of many food products. In 2001, per capita disposable income of urban residents increased by 2020.7 yuan over 1996, but the per capita expenditure on food increased by only 109.3 yuan over 1996.
