微生物诱导的渗漏封堵技术是通过对土中微生物进行诱导,使菌落构成发生变化,使产生的代谢产物发生改变,达到改变土的渗透性质,实现对地基渗漏进行封堵的目的。该技术已经被成功应用于一些地下建筑设施防渗工程中,如隧道、储水设施等,对其进行渗漏修补。但该技术仍属于经验性技术,还需要对其机理进行研究,充分了解土、微生物及诱导营养液之间所发生的一系列化学生物学反应,以及它们相互作用对地基土存在的渗透处封堵的基本规律。通过试验对实现有效封堵的砂柱中微生物的群落变化进行分析,包括封堵前后微生物的数量、代谢类型以及微生物种类,为该技术能更好地在实际工程中应用提供参考。
