目的:评价治痔胶囊的止血作用和对肛周溃疡的治疗作用。方法:将实验小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组(给予槐角丸1.4 g.kg-1)、高、中、低剂量组(分别给予治痔胶囊2.81,.4,0.7 g.kg-1),采用断尾法和玻片法分别测定出血时间和凝血时间;另外,通过大鼠制备肛周溃疡模型,并将造模大鼠随机分为模型组、阳性对照组(给予槐角丸0.88g.kg-1)、高、中、低剂量组(分别给予治痔胶囊1.75,0.88,0.44 g.kg-1),观察药物对肛周溃疡的治疗作用。结果:与空白组比较,治痔胶囊高、中剂量组能显著缩短出血时间和凝血时间;同时与模型组比较,治痔胶囊高中剂量组对大鼠肛周溃疡有明显的治愈效果。结论:治痔胶囊具有提高机体凝血功能,增强止血作用,并促进肛周溃疡愈合的功效。 Objective: To evaluate the hemostatic effect of Zhizhe Capsule and its therapeutic effect on perianal ulcer.
