本文介绍了作者在广州标致汽车公司制造的XN1A发动机及505轿车上所开展的单点燃油喷射电控系统的研究开发工作,绘出了XN1A发动机采用电控燃油喷射系统后的外特性曲线及万有特性曲线,并与原SOLEX化油器式的特性曲线进行了比较.本文还示出了505SX车匹配上该单点电控燃油喷射系统后的整车等速油耗试验曲线,并与原化油器式的进行比较.试验结果表明,在XN1A发动机及505轿车上所开发的这种电控燃油喷射系统能使发动机及整车的燃油耗相比原化油器降低约10%,而动力性能基本保持不变.
This paper introduces the research and development of the single point fuel injection electronic control system developed by the author on the XN1A engine and 505 sedan made by Guangzhou Peugeot Automotive Company and draws the external characteristic curve of the XN1A engine after adopting the electronic fuel injection system Has a characteristic curve, and compared with the original SOLEX carburetor type characteristic curve. This article also shows the 505SX car matching the single-point fuel injection system after the fuel-speed fuel consumption test curve and compared with the original carburetor-type. The test results show that the fuel injection system developed on the XN1A engine and the 505 car can reduce the fuel consumption of the engine and the vehicle by about 10% compared with that of the original carburetor, while the power performance remains basically unchanged.
