用外径大千分尺测量工件时,测量误差比较大,其原因主要是由于弓架变形所造成的。在此主要介绍由于使用方位和支点的不同给测量所造成的误差。1.把千分尺水平放在平台上校正千分尺零位,多次测量,其结果是零位的稳定性比较好,弓架变形也比较小,但和实际测量出入较大,实用性差。2.外径千分尺身垂直(图1),支点在中间,造成弓架两端向内下垂,零位出现正值 Measuring micrometer with an outer diameter of the workpiece, the measurement error is relatively large, the main reason is due to bow frame deformation caused.
