本文通过碳粒廓清法和氨水引咳法，着重就复方金耳在免疫、止咳方面作了研究。结果表明，复方金耳可提高小鼠廓清指数，并能减少由浓氨水化学刺激引起的咳嗽次数和延长咳嗽潜伏期，证明了复方金耳能提高机体免疫功能和较强的止咳作用。
This article focuses on the evaluation of the immune response and cough relieving of the golden ear of the compound through carbon particle clearance and ammonia coughing. The results showed that the compound golden ear can increase the clearance index of mice, and can reduce the number of cough caused by concentrated ammonia stimuli and prolong the cough latency. It is proved that the compound golden ear can improve the body’s immune function and strong cough relieving effect.
