In order to study the reproductive toxicity of cadmium, lead, nickel, manganese, chromium and aluminum, the effects of in vitro fertilization and in vitro fertilization of oocytes on the oocyte maturation and fertilization ability were observed. The results showed that in addition to aluminum, all the other metal elements can significantly reduce the number of mouse superovulation; 6 dose group can inhibit oocyte maturation, significantly reduce the oocyte first polar body release rate, in vitro fertilization rate and cells Survival rate had no effect on germinal vesicle rupture in vivo, but significantly inhibited the foaming rupture (except aluminum group) in oocytes cultured in vitro. The results suggest that excessive absorption of these metal elements by the body can destroy the normal maturation of fertile women oocytes, fertilize the ability to decline, and even lead to infertility or infertility
