正交试验设计法是用正交表来安排多因子试验,利用数理统计学原理进行数据分析的一种数学方法。一般正交试验设计法是用正交表来“安排”试验,以便找出合适的生产条件。我们则是利用正交试验法来分析石油套管在轧制中的离层问题,以找出其影响因素和主次要原因。实际生产中的问题比较复杂,包含的因素很多,而各个因素又有不同的状态,它们相互交织在一起,分析起来比较困难。利用正交设计法对这种因子多、周期长、有误差的生产试验问题进行分析是一种既简单而又行之有效的方法。
Orthogonal experimental design method is to use orthogonal table to arrange multi-factor test, using mathematical principles of statistical data analysis of a mathematical method. Orthogonal test design method is the use of orthogonal table to “arrange” the test, in order to find the appropriate production conditions. We use the orthogonal test method to analyze the oil casing in the rolling of the issue of separation in order to find out the main factors and their influencing factors. The problems in actual production are complicated, contain many factors, and various factors have different states. They are intertwined and analyzed more difficultly. It is a simple and effective method to analyze production test problems with many factors, long cycle and error by orthogonal design.
