水电站压力水管安装时,在二个镇墩之间使用的伸缩节,一般是安装在上镇墩的下侧,其作用是消除此段水管由于温度变化引起的轴向应力。以往的做法是做一个伸缩套管,安装在水管(如铸铁管)的承插口,再装上伸缩管,后在伸缩管的另一头接上另一段水管而完成该段压力管的安装(如图1)。其它各段亦同此,或取消伸缩节加大镇墩体积。这些方法固然可以,但造价高,结构复杂,安装、检修不便,给今后管理上增添麻烦。现在我们根据伸缩节结构特点,
