M428立式珩磨机是液压传动的全自动机床。它的珩磨加工运动是由主轴旋转运动,主轴往复运动,珩磨头扩张运动所组成。根据珩磨加工工艺要求:机床在起动时,必须保证主轴旋转运动和主轴往复运动、珩磨头扩张运动同时进行,或略前于后两种运动。在停止时,必须保证上述三个运动同时停止。主轴往复运动、珩磨头扩张运动能够符合要求。问题在于主轴旋转运动。本机床原来的主轴旋转运动系统较难完全满足上述要求,其油路见图(不包括2CT电磁阀)。机床启动后,液压油分二路:一路经单向阀、液动机4至制动阀3。因制动阀的控制油路封闭,系统不形成循环迴路,主轴(液动机)不旋转。另一路油至安全阀1(是带先导式溢流阀),经阀内阻尼孔至控制腔,控制腔的远
