从中国南沙群岛附近海域采集的唇软珊瑚提取的新结构化合物──唇软珊瑚胆甾烷(24-亚甲基-3β,5α,6β,19-四羟基-5α-胆甾烷)对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸介导小鼠的毛细血管通透性、鸡蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿等炎症有显著抑制作用。抗炎机制研究表明:唇软珊瑚胆甾烷能显著抑制大鼠炎症足中致炎因子前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)和组胺的生成,同时对炎症足中的丙二醛的生成也有抑制作用。外源性花生四烯酸可完全桔抗唇软珊瑚胆甾烷对小鼠炎症足中丙二醛生成的抑制作用。
A new structural compound extracted from the lip-soft coral collected from the sea near the Nansha Islands ─ ─ lip soft coral cholestane (24-methylene-3β, 5α, 6β, 19-tetrahydroxy-5α-cholestane) Toluene induced ear swelling in mice, acetic acid-mediated capillary permeability in mice, egg-induced rat paw swelling, rat granuloma and other cotton balls have a significant inhibitory effect. Anti-inflammatory mechanism studies have shown that: cholinergic labialis can significantly inhibit inflammation in the foot inflammation factor prostaglandin E_2 (PGE_2) and histamine generation, while the inflammatory foot in the formation of malondialdehyde also inhibited. Exogenous arachidonic acid can completely inhibit the inhibition of malondialdehyde formation in inflammatory foot of mice by anti-lip coral cholestane.
