本文主要针对在当前由于国家能源政策、环保政策、产业结构调整等宏观调控,以及各地方经济发展程度的差异增大等因素所造成的经济发达地区电力供需矛盾的形势下,以顺德供电局容桂供电所为案例,从保障电力供应、加强经营管理、提供优质服务等多个方面提出的做好基层供电所电力营销管理的举措。
