目的:通过调查了解南京市大中型企业健康教育工作现状,针对存在的问题与困惑,提出一些应对策略。方法:设计调查表,现场查阅有关资料并与相关人员访谈,调查了解南京健康教育协会登记在册的44家大中型企业。结果:有40家企业职工健康教育工作开展得较好,有4家企业因为改制等原因,健康教育工作出现滑坡、无人管理或停止状态。结论:在抓经济建设的同时,应切实关注劳动者身心健康,保障职工健康权益,确保企业健康教育工作持续有效开展。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of health education in large and medium-sized enterprises in Nanjing through surveys, and put forward some countermeasures for the existing problems and confusion. Methods: Design questionnaires, on-site access to relevant information and interviews with relevant personnel to investigate and understand the Nanjing Institute of Health registered 44 large and medium-sized enterprises. Results: In 40 enterprises, the work of health education for workers was carried out well. There were 4 enterprises because of restructuring and other reasons, and the health education work was in decline, left unmanaged or stopped. Conclusion: While focusing on economic construction, we should pay close attention to the physical and mental health of workers, protect the rights and interests of employees and ensure the continuous and effective development of health education in enterprises.
