我们过去钻法兰盘上的孔时都要先划线;改用钻模板钻孔后,花在零件夹持上的时间也很多,效率仍然不高。后来我们利用废的卡盘制造一付钻多孔用的夹具,把法兰盘直接装夹在这上面就可以钻孔了。采用这付夹具钻孔,零件用不着先划线,装卸也很方便;所以生产效率是很高的。这种夹具适用于能够用内外园定位、分布在同一园周上的多孔零件。它的结构很简单,如附图示,共由三部分组成: (一)零件夹持机构——在卡盘底部孔内车出一段螺纹,同中间螺母一端相配;中间螺母另一端连接着螺杆,卡盘的底面同转盘的平面接触,依靠中间螺母的
