1991年从江苏南通迁来一对年轻的夫妻,怀揣着4.7万元,在上海宝山罗店开起了一个加工豆腐的小作坊。历尽十几年辛苦,注册为上海汉康豆类食品有限公司,如今成为市政府“菜篮子工程”实施企业,主要生产豆制品、真粉制品和面筋制品共90多个品种。产品销往各大超市,并在各标准化菜市场开设了400多家专卖店,直接供应上海市民。
