企业的根本目的是发展生产,提高经济效益,实现再生产和扩大再生产。在整个生产过程中,生产组织与设备管理是最基本的、最重要的环节。 设备为生产服务,同时又制约着生产的发展。没有设备就谈不上生产。特别是在市场竞争十分激烈的今天,企业的生存主要依靠其产品质量和经济效益。而一个企业成功与否,不但要靠技术,更重要的要靠管理。一些专家认为:三分技术,七分管理,可见管理的重要性。那么如何提高生产组织与设备管理水平呢?笔者以为:
