目的 :探讨上方周边裂孔源性视网膜脱离有效、简便的治疗方法。方法 :采用全氟丙烷气体联合冷凝治疗上方 2 40°单纯性周边裂孔源性视网膜脱离 2 0例 (2 0眼 ) ,并与扣带组治疗组的 2 0例 (2 0眼 )进行比较。结果 :注气组与扣带组一次手术成功 19眼 (95 % ) ,注气组视力提高 19例 (95 % ) ,扣带组视力提高 18例 (90 % )。平均手术时间 :注气组 31.3± 6 .1分钟 ,扣带组 5 4.0± 7.9分钟。扣带组术后 6 0 %出现≥ 0 .75 D的散光。结论 :全氟丙烷气体联合冷凝治疗上方周边裂孔源性视网膜脱离简便易行 ,耗时少 ,术后无屈光改变。
Objective: To explore the above perioperative retinal detachment effective and simple method of treatment. Methods: Twenty cases (20 eyes) with perineural retinal detachment at the top of 240 ° were treated with perfluoropropane gas in combination with condensation, and compared with 20 cases (20 eyes) in the cingulate group. Results: Nineteen eyes (95%) were successful in gas injection and cingulateotomy, 19 eyes (95%) were improved in gas injection group, and 18 eyes (90%) in cingulate enhancement group. The mean operation time was 31.3 ± 6. 1 minutes for insufflation group and 4.0 ± 7.9 minutes for cingulate group. The astigmatism ≥0.75 D appeared in 60% of the cingulate group after operation. CONCLUSIONS: Perfluoropropane gas combined with condensation treatment of perioperative retinal detachment is simple and convenient, less time consuming and no postoperative refractive changes.
