2008年3月20日,中国石油举办“责任·动力”企业社会责任论坛,并发布了2007年度企业社会责任报告。这是中国石油建立企业社会责任报告发布制度以来,第二次向社会公开发布企业社会责任报告。国务院国资委研究室主任彭华岗出席了此次活动,对中国石油作为央企骨干近年来在履行企业社会责任工作中所作出的成绩给予了高度的肯定。同时他指出国务院国资委今年以一号文件的形式,明确要求央企要做企业履行社会责任的表率。
On March 20, 2008, PetroChina held its CSR & CSR forum and released its 2007 Corporate Social Responsibility Report. This is the second time that PetroChina has publicly released its corporate social responsibility report since the establishment of its CSR reporting system. Peng Huagang, director of SASAC’s Research Office, attended the event and highly affirmed PetroChina’s achievements in fulfilling corporate social responsibility as the backbone of the central SOEs in recent years. At the same time, he pointed out that the SASAC of the State Council, in the form of a document this year, explicitly requested that central SOEs should be the prerogative of enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
