本文根据流体中的脉冲激光光声效应所致的声波在传播过程中引起其传播路径上连续激光束偏转的机理提出用于非接触、实时测定流体声速的一种新方法。导出了流体中脉冲光声压力信号和光中偏转角的精确表达式,测量了不同温度下的水中的声速,对实验装置和光路布置作了讨论。
In this paper, a new method for non-contact and real-time measurement of the sound velocity of a fluid is proposed based on the mechanism of continuous laser beam deflection in the propagation path caused by the pulsed laser photoacoustic effect in the fluid. The accurate expressions of the pulsed photoacoustic pressure signal and the deflection angle in light are derived. The velocity of sound in water at different temperatures is measured. The experimental setup and the layout of the light path are discussed.
