西番莲(Passiflora edulis sims)是近年新兴的饮料水果,目前在福建省已栽培万余亩。1988～1990年作者调查了福建省8个市县的西番莲产区,发现茎基腐病普遍发生.严重的造成果园毁种无收。关于该病,在乌干达、台湾已有报道,但未见对病原菌致病株系的详细报道。为明确福建省西番莲茎基腐病之病原,作者将调查采集到的64份病害标本,以单胞分离法分离得到F_1、F_2、F_3、F_44个菌株,进行了鉴定研究。
Passiflora edulis sims is a newly emerging beverage and fruit in recent years and is now cultivated in Fujian Province by more than 10,000 mu. From 1988 to 1990, the author investigated the production areas of passion fruit in 8 cities and counties in Fujian Province and found that the occurrence of stem-based diseases was common, causing serious damage to orchards. About the disease, in Uganda, Taiwan has been reported, but no detailed reports of pathogenic strains of pathogens. In order to clarify the pathogen of the stem-rot of passion flower in Fujian Province, the author will investigate 64 collected disease samples and isolate F_1, F_2, F_3 and F_44 strains by single cell separation method.
