针对油井越来越深、封固段长、地温梯度大、井底循环温度高、上下温差大、顶部水泥浆易出现缓凝甚至超缓凝等固井技术难题,开展了高温大温差水泥浆体系的研究。研究开发出了高温大温差“直角胶凝”水泥浆配方,并考察了其综合性能。室内实验表明,该水泥浆体系在温度范围25℃~180℃,温差为100℃条件下,性能稳定、候凝时间短、水泥石强度尤其是顶部水泥石早期强度发展快,中低温条件下,水泥浆成“直角胶凝”。现场使用结果再次获得了证明。
