在大型集输立管多相流实验系统上进行了单相或两相流量变化实验研究,比较并分析了集输立管系统与简单水平管压力过升、过降现象的异同,研究了压力、压差的均值或幅值的暂态变化以及压力、压差达到稳态的顺次。结果表明集输立管系统流量变化的暂态响应受下倾管立管结构与入口流量改变的共同影响,在不同流速范围内两种影响因素呈不同的主次关系。实验结果还表明不同压差信号的响应可用于立管不稳定流型或不规则流型形成的预报。
The experimental research on the single-phase or two-phase flow in a large-scale riser multi-phase flow experiment system was carried out. The similarities and differences between the riser system and the simple horizontal tube in overpressure and overpressure were compared and analyzed. The effects of pressure , The average pressure or amplitude of the transient changes and pressure, pressure drop to steady-state sequence. The results show that the transient response of the riser system to flow changes is affected by both the riser structure and the inlet flow rate changes. The two influencing factors have different primary and secondary relationships in different flow velocities. The experimental results also show that the response of differential pressure signals can be used to predict the formation of unstable or irregularly shaped riser.
