作物染色体片段置换系群体是挖掘作物新资源、作物数量遗传研究和杂种优势利用等研究的理想工具,是作物遗传改良的重要遗传资源。因此,构建作物染色体片段置换系群体,对丰富作物遗传资源和作物生产发展具有十分重要的意义。本研究概括了作物染色体片段置换系构建的原理、特点以及分类,重点阐述了作物染色体片段置换系构建过程中置换的遗传机制和遗传效应,提出了该群体构建过程中存在的问题与研究展望。
Plant chromosome segment replacement lines are ideal tools for researching new crop resources, crop genetic research and heterosis utilization, and are important genetic resources for crop genetic improvement. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct a population of plant chromosome segment replacement lines that is rich in crop genetic resources and crop production. This study summarizes the principle, characteristics and classification of crop chromosome segment substitution lines. The genetic mechanism and genetic effect of substitution during the construction of chromosome segment substitutions are emphasized. The existing problems and research prospects in this population construction process are proposed.
