关注了渠道关系中公平对知识转移的作用,以及渠道决策结构、市场导向和声誉对公平的影响。发现:渠道成员感知的公平会增强渠道成员间的知识转移,私人关系会强化上述关系;渠道决策结构中的正式化和参与、企业市场导向和声誉会影响渠道成员感知的公平。研究结论进一步丰富和扩展了现有研究成果,对企业实践具有一定指导意义。
Concerned about the role of fairness in knowledge transfer in channel relationships and the impact of channel decision structure, market orientation and reputation on fairness. It is found that fairness perceived by channel members will enhance knowledge transfer among channel members, and private relationship will strengthen the above relationship. Formalization and participation in channel decision-making structure, enterprise market orientation and reputation will affect the fairness of channel members perception. The conclusion of the study further enriches and expands the existing research results, which is of guiding significance to the practice of enterprises.
