1977~1979年我们对玉米丝黑穗病的发病规律进行了试验研究,初步结果如下:一、玉米丝黑穗病的发病条件试验用中感农家种白头霜和当地采集的丝黑穗病菌为材料,采用四因素两水平L~(16)(2~(26))的正交设计。按正交表的安排,以不同深度把种子点在不同湿度的无菌土纸袋中,上面复盖0.1%菌土100克,再复无菌土至不同厚度,置于自动控制的不同温度下育苗。每隔3~5天补充失水量。待幼苗三叶后移到田间。秋收前调查发病率作为考察指标。从正交试验的直观分析、方差分析和交互作用分析得知各因素对发病的影响如下: 1.78~79年试验资料方差分析表明,土温对发病的影响极显著(见表1)。
