目的探讨快速血糖仪与常规生化仪临床检测血糖的结果差异。方法选择山西省汾阳医院2014年9月—2015年9月收治的86例急诊患者,均由同一组技术相当的操作人员抽取空腹肘部静脉血、末梢血,同时采用常规生化仪与快速血糖仪检测血糖值,记录并比较两种检测方式所得结果。结果两种检测方式单次血糖值检验结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种检测方式多次检测准确值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种检测方式毛细血管血糖、静脉血血糖、血浆葡萄糖与血清葡萄糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论快速血糖仪与常规生化仪检测血糖结果比较无差异,但相对而言快速血糖仪操作更加简单、价格更加低廉,检测效率高。
Objective To investigate the difference of clinical blood sugar between fast glucose meter and conventional biochemical analyzer. Methods Eighty-six emergency patients admitted to Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Province from September 2014 to September 2015 were enrolled in this study. Both venous blood and peripheral blood of fasting elbow were drawn from the same group of technically equivalent operators, and routine biochemical analyzer and fast blood glucose Instrument detection of blood glucose values, record and compare the results of two test methods. Results There was no significant difference in single blood glucose test results between the two test methods (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two test methods in the accuracy of multiple tests (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two methods of capillary blood glucose, venous blood glucose, plasma glucose and serum glucose (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no difference between fast glucose meter and conventional biochemical analyzer in detecting blood glucose, but relatively fast blood glucose meter is easier to operate, cheaper and more efficient.
