文章通过对当前发电企业人才队伍建设中存在主要问题的剖析,结合大唐观音岩水电开发有限公司(以下简称“观音岩公司”)目前人才队伍建设比例失衡、结构欠合理等现状,阐述了发电企业人力资源开发的重要性和紧迫性,针对当前本企业在人才队伍建设中存在的主要问题,从七个方面提出了在新常态下如何围绕发电企业中心工作,全面推进发电企业人力资源开发、人才队伍建设的对策及建议,为发电企业持续发展提供强有力的人才支撑与保障。
