目前随班就读已成为了我国实施残疾人义务教育的主要形式,由于各方面的条件尚未成熟,承担起我国随班就读的教师们受到了极大的挑战。本论文以新疆师范高等专科学校(新疆教育学院)教科院开展的“随班就读”教师专业培训为个案,通过问卷调查了解教师基本情况及对培训的满意度,通过访谈了解培训中存在的问题及困难,对进一步完善“随班就读”教师培训工作提出了几点建议。对策包括,培训机构及他们所在的学校要建立激励机制,当地政府为培训提供经费支持,建立切实可行的考核机制。该论文对于新疆今后将要开展的类似随班就读教师培训提供样本,同时,也为培训的有效开展提供有效对策。
At present, attending regular classes has become the main form of compulsory education for disabled people in our country. As the conditions of all aspects are not yet ripe, the teachers who took part in regular classes in our country have been greatly challenged. This paper takes “” attending "teachers ’professional training carried out by Xinjiang Teachers College of Education (Xinjiang Institute of Education) as a case, through questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation of teachers and their satisfaction with training, through interview to understand the existence of training The problems and difficulties, to make some suggestions on how to further improve the training of teachers in regular classes. Countermeasures include training institutions and their schools to establish incentives, the local government to provide funding for training support, the establishment of practical assessment mechanism. This paper provides a sample for similar teacher training in regular classes in Xinjiang, and also provides an effective countermeasure for the effective training.
