目的 :通过研究对比患青光眼小儿与正常眼压的小儿在插管和拔管后眼内压、血流动力学改变。方法 :2 0例具有正常眼压的小儿和 15例患青光眼小儿均作内眼手术被列为研究对象 ,两组病人全麻维持 5min后 ,测其眼内压、心率、无创血压 ,然后插管后和拔管后分别再测其 30s和 2min时的眼内压、心率和血压。结果 :插管后 ,青光眼小儿眼内压高于正常眼压组 ;两组病人拔管后眼内压均升高 ,但升高幅度略相似。结论 :由于青光眼小儿有较高的眼内压 ,插管和拔管均会增加视力的损害的风险
OBJECTIVE: To compare the changes in intraocular pressure and hemodynamics after intubation and extubation in children with glaucoma and normal intraocular pressure (IOP). Methods: Twenty cases of children with normal intraocular pressure and 15 cases of glaucoma were enrolled in this study. Patients in both groups were treated with general anesthesia for 5 minutes and then measured intraocular pressure, heart rate and noninvasive blood pressure, then inserted Intra-ocular pressure, heart rate and blood pressure were measured again after 30s and 2min respectively after the tube and extubation. Results: After intubation, the intraocular pressure in children with glaucoma was higher than that in the normal intraocular pressure group. The intraocular pressure was increased after extubation in both groups, but the increasing range was similar. Conclusion: Due to the higher intraocular pressure in children with glaucoma, intubation and extubation may increase the risk of visual impairment
