肝纤维化是许多慢性肝脏疾病的一种病理过程,可进展形成肝硬化而严重影响生命及生活质量。准确及时地判断肝纤维化的程度对慢性肝脏疾病的预防治疗及预后判断有重要临床意义。目前肝穿刺活检是诊断肝纤维化的金标准,但其是一种有创性检查并有很多临床应用局限性;无创性影像学检查观察肝脏形态学变化,对肝纤维化的诊断敏感性不高。因此近年来肝纤维化的无创诊断尤其是瞬时弹性超声在肝纤维化中的应用成为研究热点。本文论述了近年来瞬时弹性测定法诊断肝纤维化的研究进展。
Liver fibrosis is a pathological process in many chronic liver diseases that can progress to cirrhosis and seriously affect the quality of life and life. Accurate and timely determination of the degree of liver fibrosis in the prevention and treatment of chronic liver disease and prognosis of important clinical significance. Current liver biopsy is the gold standard for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis, but it is an invasive examination and has many limitations in clinical application; noninvasive imaging examination to observe the morphological changes of the liver, the sensitivity of the diagnosis of liver fibrosis is not high. Therefore, in recent years, noninvasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis, especially transient elastic ultrasound in the application of liver fibrosis has become a research hot spot. This article discusses the research progress of transient elastometry in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in recent years.
