目的:观察髓内针对儿童股骨生长的影响。方法:20例儿童股骨上、中1/3骨折采用切开复位,髓内针固定术,术后常规外固定,半年至1年内拔除髓内针。结果:1例患肢较健侧缩短2.2cm,4例患肢较健侧长0.5~1.2cm,其余患肢均与健侧等长。其中2例患肢功能受限,其余患肢功能均正常。1例发生髓内针断针。患肢较健侧长的患儿,在其生长发育过程中能自行矫正。结论:髓内针固定适合儿童股骨上、中1/3骨折,但在临床应用上应慎重。
Objective: To observe the effect of intramedullary nail on the growth of femur in children. Methods: Twenty cases of middle and distal femoral fractures were treated with open reduction and intramedullary nail fixation. Conventional external fixation was performed in 20 cases. The intramedullary nail was removed within six months to one year. Results: One limb was shorter than the contralateral side 2.2cm, 4 limbs longer than healthy side 0.5 ~ 1.2cm, the remaining limbs are equal length with the contralateral. Two cases of limb function is limited, the remaining limb function are normal. 1 case of intramedullary needle broken needle. The longer limbs of children with limbs in their growth and development process to correct themselves. CONCLUSION: Intramedullary nailing is suitable for upper and middle 1/3 fractures of children’s femur, but caution should be taken in clinical application.
