我们参照药学通报1981年第8期上刊登的方法(28页),制备了磺胺嘧啶锌,配成混悬剂,以保留灌肠的方法用于慢性痢疾、结肠炎的治疗,一年多来,效果良好。但在以络合量法进行含量测定时,发现15批产品含量均在103%以上,多数在110%左右,个别高达243%,质量不稳定。分析原因可能是配制过程中生成部分氢氧化锌。为此,我们对制备工艺进行了改进。以氨水代替氢氧化钠,经过多次正交实验,找到一种节省原料、操作简单、收率高、质量稳定的制备方法。简介如下:
