近几年来,由于广州写字楼市场遭遇了低迷,不少发展商渐渐丧失了对写字楼市场的信心。后期开发的写字楼项目越搞越低档,规模也越来越小。致使目前广州写字楼产品出现了严重的结构性矛盾:一方面是低档小面积单位严重供大于求,另一方面是大面积的高档写字楼出现:“短缺”。
In recent years, due to the downturn in Guangzhou’s office market, many developers gradually lost their confidence in the office market.
