目的验证改良激光多普勒血流仪(LDF)在检测牙髓活力方面的应用。方法选择28例自愿者的上前牙健康齿作为检测牙,制作个别甲冠以固定血流仪探头。使用常规和改良激光多普勒血流仪对牙髓血流进行检测,对两组测量结果进行分析。结果有橡皮障的牙齿的频率范围在2.0 k Hz和7.0 k Hz之间:4.0 k Hz(2.0 k Hz)。没有橡皮障的频率范围为4.0 k Hz和14.0 k Hz:10.0 k Hz(2.0 k Hz)。有橡皮障牙齿的频率的降低48.9%(21.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,Wilcoxon’s signed rank test)。应用橡皮障,牙齿血流的减少64.6%(15.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,Wilcoxon’s signed rank test)。结论改良激光多普勒血流仪在牙髓血流方面比常规血流仪有较强的检测能力,有推广价值。
Objective To verify the application of modified laser Doppler flowmeter (LDF) in the detection of pulp vitality. Methods Twenty-eight volunteers’ upper anterior teeth health teeth were selected as test teeth, and individual A crown was used to fix the blood-flow probe. Pulsed blood flow was measured using conventional and modified laser Doppler flowmetry and the results of both measurements were analyzed. Results The rubber-damped teeth ranged from 2.0 k Hz to 7.0 k Hz: 4.0 k Hz (2.0 k Hz). The frequency range without dampeners is 4.0 k Hz and 14.0 k Hz: 10.0 k Hz (2.0 k Hz). There was a 48.9% (21.2%) decrease in the frequency of rubber-damped teeth with a statistically significant difference (P <0.01, Wilcoxon’s signed rank test). With rubber dam, the tooth blood flow decreased by 64.6% (15.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01, Wilcoxon’s signed rank test). Conclusion Improved laser Doppler flowmeter in the pulp blood flow than conventional flowmeter has a strong ability to detect, with the promotion of value.
