本文以大型游乐设施焊接结构件中最常见的直角角焊缝为研究对象,在垂直拉力和水平推力载荷工况下,研究直角角焊缝不同焊脚高度、不同焊接型式(未焊透和全焊透)和不同熔透率条件下的应力分布和应力集中规律,并通过理论计算和有限元仿真两种不同计算方式对比其优缺点。研究发现,有限元计算更能反映焊缝的真实应力状态;全焊透结构有利于改善焊缝的应力集中;不同载荷工况下焊缝的应力集中位置不同。
In this paper, the most common right-angle fillet welds in the large-scale amusement facilities welded structures are taken as the research object.
