本文观察了54例肥胖患者,26例正常体重者的口服葡萄糖耐量试验与血脂的关系.结果显示:体重指数与空腹血糖无相关性,而与口服葡萄糖后1h,2h血糖呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.54和0.63,空腹血糖与TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C无相关性,而口服葡萄糖后2h血糖与TC,TG,LGL-C呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.65,0.51,0.38;与HDL-C呈显著负相关,相关系数为-0.69,经OGTT试验确诊糖尿病和糖耐量异常者的比率肥胖组明显高于正常体重组.
In this study, we observed the relationship between oral glucose tolerance test and lipid profile in 54 obese patients and 26 normal subjects.The results showed that there was no correlation between body mass index and fasting blood glucose, but positively correlated with blood glucose at 1h and 2h after oral administration of glucose There were no significant correlations between fasting blood glucose and TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C, but there was a significant positive correlation between fasting blood glucose and TC, TG and LGL-C at 2h after oral administration of glucose. The correlation coefficients were 0.65, 0.51, 0.38, respectively. There was a significant negative correlation with HDL-C with a correlation coefficient of -0.69. The ratio of those diagnosed with diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance by OGTT test in obese group was significantly higher than that in normal weight group.
