现代管理原则理念的核心是人力资源管理,医院必须要依靠符合自身特点的岗位设置,来提高医院的竞争力,对医院正常运行提供保障。开平市三埠街道办事处卫生院是一所集预防保健、基本医疗、妇幼保健、慢性康复、计划生育和健康教育为一体的综合性医疗卫生服务机构。本文笔者在以开平市三埠街道办事处卫生院为例,探索医院人力资源管理中岗位设置的重要作用。
The core concept of modern management philosophy is human resources management, hospitals must rely on their own characteristics of the post set to improve the competitiveness of hospitals, to provide protection for the normal operation of the hospital. The Sanbu Subdistrict Office of Kaiping City Sanatorium is a comprehensive medical and health service that integrates preventive health care, basic medical care, maternal and child health care, chronic rehabilitation, family planning and health education. The author of this paper takes Kaibin Sanbu Subdistrict Office Health Center as an example to explore the important role of the hospital human resources management position setting.
