目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在喉鳞状细胞癌早期诊断、发生发展中的作用及其与临床病理特征及淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法测定54例喉鳞状细胞癌患者血清VEGF和HGF水平在术前及术后1、3、7、14d的变化,并测定30例声带息肉组及35例对照组血清VEGF和HGF水平。结果:①声带息肉组和对照组血清中都有微量的VEGF和HGF,喉癌组术前血清VEGF和HGF水平均显著高于声带息肉组和对照组(P<0.01),声带息肉组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②喉鳞状细胞癌患者术前血清VEGF和HGF水平与其临床分期、组织学分级和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),而与肿瘤部位、年龄和性别无关(P>0.05);③喉鳞状细胞癌患者血清VEGF与HGF呈显著正相关(r=0.7667,P<0.01);④喉鳞状细胞癌患者术后血清HGF含量明显升高,术后3d达高峰,术后7、14d逐渐下降并且明显低于术前水平;VEGF水平术后逐渐下降。结论:VEGF和HGF在喉鳞状细胞癌的发生中具有重要作用,与喉鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展有关,血清VEGF和HGF水平增高在喉鳞状细胞癌中预示了一种更具有侵袭性的生物学行为。
Objective: To investigate the role of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the early diagnosis, development and progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and lymph node metastasis. Methods: Serum levels of VEGF and HGF in 54 patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after operation at 1, 3, 7 and 14 days. Thirty patients with vocal cord polyps and 35 controls Serum VEGF and HGF levels. Results: (1) VEGF and HGF in serum of vocal cord polyp group and control group were significantly lower than those in vocal cord polyp group and control group (P <0.01). Vocal cord polyp group and control group (P> 0.05). ②Preoperative serum VEGF and HGF levels in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were correlated with clinical stages, histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P <0.01), but not with tumor location, age and (P> 0.05); ③ The serum VEGF and HGF in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma had a significant positive correlation (r = 0.7667, P <0.01); ④ The serum HGF level in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly increased After 3 days, the peak reached the peak at 7 and 14 days after operation and was significantly lower than the preoperative level. The level of VEGF decreased gradually after operation. Conclusions: VEGF and HGF play an important role in the occurrence of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, which is related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The increase of serum VEGF and HGF level predicts a more aggressive in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Sexual biological behavior.
