目的评价本土化护生开展老年人健康教育社会实践的效果。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,将10个自然村老年人随机分为干预组(5个自然村)和对照组(5个自然村),干预组在对照组基础上,由“本土化”护生实施开展老年人健康教育社会实践。结果干预组老年人的营养健康知识知晓率、对各种慢性病防治知识掌握水平、健康行为比例和生活质量满意度明显高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论本土化护生开展老年人健康教育社会实践提高了老年人的营养和慢性病防治知识,改善了其生活习惯,提高了生命质量,值得推广借鉴。
Objective To evaluate the effect of local nursing students in carrying out the social practice of health education for the elderly. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to divide the elderly in 10 natural villages into intervention group (5 natural villages) and control group (5 natural villages) randomly. Based on the control group, the intervention group was treated by “Localization” Students to carry out the health education of the elderly social practice. Results The rate of awareness of nutrition and health knowledge among the elderly in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The level of knowledge about various chronic diseases prevention and control, the proportion of healthy behaviors and the quality of life were significantly higher. Conclusion The social practice of local nursing students to carry out health education for the elderly improves their knowledge of nutrition and chronic disease prevention and control, improves their living habits and improves the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
