第一条为加强农村居民住宅建设用地的管理,根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》、《广东省土地管理实施办法》,结合本市农村的实际情况,特制定本规定。第二条本市所辖八区范围内的农村居民住宅建设使用集体土地的,适用本暂行规定。第三条广州市国土房地产管理部门是农村居民住宅建设用地的主管机关。区国土房地产管理部门、镇国土所负责实施本辖区农村民住宅建设用地的管理。
Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of residential land for rural residential construction, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Measures for the Implementation of Land Administration in Guangdong Province, in combination with the actual conditions in rural areas of this Municipality. Article 2 The application of this Provisional Regulations shall apply to the use of collective-owned land for the construction of rural residential houses within the scope of the eight districts under the jurisdiction of this Municipality. Article 3 The real estate administrative department of Guangzhou Municipality is the competent authority of rural residential housing construction land. District land and real estate management department, the town is responsible for the implementation of the rural areas of rural residential construction land management.
