应用ABAQUS软件,建立了沥青路面结构动力响应三维有限元模型,分析了结构参数对路面动态响应的影响规律;结合正交试验,对路面结构参数进行了敏感性分析。分析结果表明:(1)随基层模量增大,基层层底拉应力也随之增大,对基层受力不利。(2)基层厚度、模量及与相邻层的粘结条件对路面受力均有显著影响,但显著性不同。基层模量、基层与底基层层间接触条件对基层层底拉应力影响显著,而基层厚度、基层模量、基层与面层层间接触条件对底基层层底拉应力影响显著。(3)增加基层厚度、适当降低基层强度、加强各结构层层间粘结有利于提高路面结构的整体性能。
By using ABAQUS software, the three-dimensional finite element model of dynamic response of asphalt pavement structure was established. The influence of structure parameters on the dynamic response of pavement was analyzed. The sensitivity of pavement structure parameters was analyzed by orthogonal experiment. The results show that: (1) With the increase of the base modulus, the tensile stress at the base layer also increases, which is unfavorable to the base force. (2) The thickness, modulus and bonding conditions of adjacent layers have significant influence on the road surface stress, but the significance is different. Base layer modulus, base layer and base layer contact conditions on the bottom layer of the bottom of the tensile stress significantly affected, and the base thickness, the base modulus, the base layer and the surface contact conditions on the base layer bottom tensile stress significant impact. (3) Increasing the thickness of the grass-roots unit, appropriately reducing the grass-roots strength, and strengthening the bonding between the various structural layers will be beneficial to improving the overall performance of the pavement structure.
