以前技术杂志有人介绍短头花键轴铣削夹具,其结构简单,工件是靠中心孔定位,抱紧轴端而夹持的,它定位准确,夹紧可靠,但用于滚铣超短头花键轴还有些问题。我厂产品零件有一个短头花键轴,两端轴径为φ25R_6,6齿矩形花键外径为φ32f_7,距两轴端都仅有17mm,在花键轴铣床Y631K上用φ80外径的滚刀铣削。其主要工艺过程为;先以中心孔定位滚铣花键,高频淬火后,又以中心孔定位磨花键外径。原工艺定为用反顶尖(不以中心孔定位),靠反锥自锁,顶住φ25轴端,将工件夹持在床头与尾座之间铣削,其问题是:变换了定位基准,而精车轴坯外圆对中心孔的跳动都在0.06~0.15mm,致使滚铣后花键轴外径跳动超差,淬火后磨削余量不匀,造成了一些废品。通过分析研究,我们设汁了具有弹性顶尖的梅
