为了提高工艺热效率 ,已经开发出了一种采用透平膨胀机的天然气液化新工艺。这项新工艺包括预冷却和液化两部分。预冷却部分采用制冷剂和管壳式换热器或钎焊铝板翅式换热器或绕管式换热器 ,液化部分采用等熵膨胀机。设计研究的结果已证明新的液化工艺的热效率与其它液化工艺相比已经达到了最高水平。此外 ,由于新液化工艺采用工业中常用设备 ,所以很适用于任意生产能力的基本负荷LNG工厂 ,无需使用价格昂贵的特殊设计的设备。
In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the process, a new natural gas liquefaction process using a turbo-expander has been developed. The new process includes pre-cooling and liquefaction of two parts. Pre-cooling part of the use of refrigerant and shell and tube heat exchanger or brazed aluminum fin or heat exchanger tube, liquefied part of the isentropic expander. The results of design studies have demonstrated that the thermal efficiency of the new liquefaction process has reached its highest level compared to other liquefaction processes. In addition, since the new liquefaction process uses equipment commonly used in the industry, it is well suited for LNG plants of basic load of any capacity without the use of expensive, specially designed equipment.
