目的:探索玄明粉中硫酸钠含量离子色谱法的测定条件并与《中国药典》一部所载含量测定法比较。方法:采用DIONEX ICS-3000离子色谱仪、IonPacASII-HC分离柱和35 mmol.L-1NaOH作为淋洗液,流速1.0 mL.min-1,进样量40μL,选用DIONEX ASRS300 4-mm抑制器、电导检测器测定玄明粉样品中硫酸钠含量。结果:在1.053~105.300 mg.L-1,硫酸钠浓度呈良好的线性(R2=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.39%,RSD 0.26%。结论:方法灵敏准确、可操作性强,比药典记载的玄明粉含量测定法简便、稳定,为药用玄明粉的质量控制提供了另一种迅速实用的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the determination conditions of sodium sulfate in Xuanming powder by ion chromatography and to compare with the content determination method of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. METHODS: Dionex ICS-3000 ion chromatograph, IonPac ASII-HC column and 35 mmol·L-1 NaOH as eluent were used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 and the injection volume was 40 μL. DIONEX ASRS300 4- mm suppressor, conductivity detector Determination of Xuanming powder sodium sulfate content in the sample. The results showed that the average recovery of sodium sulfate was 98.39% and the RSD was 0.26% at a concentration of 1.053 ~ 105.300 mg.L-1 with good linearity (R2 = 0.999 7). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and easy to operate. Compared with the method described in Pharmacopoeia, the determination of Xuanming powder content is simple and stable, which provides another rapid and practical method for the quality control of Xuanming powder.
