通过高能球磨法和液相烧结法结合制备TiC-Al_2O_3颗粒共增强铁基复合材料,改善Al_2O_3在铁基体中润湿性差的问题,最大限度地发挥TiC和Al_2O_3的优越性能。结果表明,采用高能球磨法对粉末进行30 min球磨后,粉末的颗粒粒径明显变小。1 250℃下对混合粉末进行烧结后,烧结相主要由TiC、Al_2O_3和TiO_2三种物相组成。其中Al_2O_3和TiO_2熔融在一起,形成烧结相的主要部分,而TiC则以颗粒的形式镶嵌在基体上。
The TiC-Al_2O_3 particles reinforced iron matrix composites were prepared by the combination of high-energy ball milling and liquid-phase sintering to improve the poor wettability of Al_2O_3 in iron matrix and maximize the superior properties of TiC and Al_2O_3. The results show that the particle size of the powder is obviously smaller after ball milling with high energy ball milling for 30 min. 1 250 ℃ under the mixed powder after sintering, the sintered phase mainly composed of TiC, Al 2 O 3 and TiO 3 phase composition. Wherein, Al 2 O 3 and TiO 2 melt together to form the main part of the sintered phase, while TiC is in the form of particles embedded in the matrix.
