在一台300MW锅炉上采用12个火焰图像探测器和三维温度场监控系统进行了燃烧调整对炉内三维温度场分布影响的实验研究,结果表明:300MW和220MW的高温区域的温度相差约300K;总风量和层间燃料量的调整试验直接影响炉内沿高度方向的温度场分布。
In a 300MW boiler, 12 flame image detectors and three - dimensional temperature field monitoring system were used to study the influence of combustion regulation on the distribution of the three - dimensional temperature field in the furnace. The results show that the temperature difference between the 300MW and 220MW is about 300K. The adjustment of total air volume and inter-layer fuel quantity directly affects the temperature field distribution along the height direction in the furnace.
