目的探讨重组IFN-γ用作血吸虫抗原佐剂的可能性。方法用reSj26GST加鼠重组IFN-γ,reSj26GST加福氏佐剂以及IFN-γ分别免疫BALB/c 小鼠,攻击感染后45d解剖小鼠,比较各组小鼠成虫检获数及克肝卵数。结果IFN-γ/GST组小鼠的减虫率和减卵率均略高于FCA/GST组。结论IFN-γ可以增强reSj26GST保护性免疫效果,初步提示IFN-γ可作为血吸虫抗原佐剂使用。
Objective To investigate the possibility of using recombinant IFN-γ as an adjuvant for schistosome antigen. Methods BALB / c mice were immunized with reSj26GST plus murine recombinant IFN-γ, reSj26GST plus Freund’s adjuvant and IFN-γ, respectively. The mice were dissected 45 days after infection and the number of seized mice and the number of gram-oocytes were compared. Results The worm reduction rate and the oviposition rate of IFN-γ / GST group were slightly higher than those of FCA / GST group. Conclusion IFN-γ can enhance the protective immunity effect of reSj26GST. It is suggested that IFN-γ may be used as an adjuvant for schistosome antigen.
