图书馆联盟是基于实现图书馆运作的全方位优化这一管理理念提出的新型组织运行模式。其特点在于能把握快速多变的机遇,在不可预测的竞争格局中,对用户多样化的信息需求做出从容、有效的应对。因而较之传统图书馆其在管理理念、管理目标、管理系统、管理要素、管理组织、管理职能等方面都有着无可比拟的优势,同时又能有效地规避传统图书馆管理模式的缺陷。文章对两者的管理模式进行了比较研究。
Library Alliance is based on the realization of the operation of the library all-round optimization of the management concept proposed by the new organizational mode of operation. Its characteristics lie in the ability to grasp the rapidly changing opportunities in the unpredictable competitive landscape, to diversify the information needs of users to make a calm and effective response. Therefore, compared with the traditional library, it has unparalleled advantages in management concept, management goal, management system, management elements, management organization and management functions, at the same time it can effectively avoid the shortcomings of the traditional library management model. The article makes a comparative study of the two management modes.
